These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the terms under which alfacores IP is licensed — those are set out in each executed licence agreement.

Information on this site

The technical information published here — specifications, resource figures, throughput and performance claims — describes representative configurations on representative targets. It is provided for evaluation purposes and does not form part of any contract unless expressly incorporated into an executed agreement. Figures for your configuration on your target will differ; the datasheets state the relationships that let you compute them.

We may change the portfolio, the specifications and the availability of any core without notice. Cores marked in development or roadmap are not commitments to deliver on a date.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, images, layout and the alfacores name and marks, belongs to alfacores or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation purposes. You may not republish, sell or systematically extract the content without our written permission.

Nothing on this site grants any licence to alfacores IP cores. Those are licensed only under a separately executed agreement.

Third-party marks

Standards names, device families and trademarks referred to on this site belong to their respective owners. Reference to them indicates technical compatibility or applicability and does not imply endorsement, affiliation or certification by the owner or the relevant standards body.

Export control

Access to certain material referenced on this site is restricted by export control law. See our export compliance policy. You are responsible for complying with the law applicable to you.

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on information published here, other than liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
